Because many compressors are not equipped with pressure differential alarm device, high internal pressure will cause the oil-gas separator to burst, the pressure test of the oil-gas separator produced by traditional technology is generally 0.2-0.25 MPa deformation. Because the new technology has internal reinforcement, the withstand voltage test can reach 0.4-0.5MPa and the strength is more than doubled. Generally, the equipment whose internal pressure is above 0.3 MPa will overcurrent shutdown, which will not lead to the risk of oil running out after the oil-gas separator burst.
The main function of the outer net is: usually the outer net is welded on the top cover. After the oil-gas separator is bonded and formed, the lower end of the outer net flanges and holds down the bottom cover. The main purpose of the outer net is to make the oil-gas separator an integral whole. It is not easy to take off the inner protective layer. The quality of the external network can affect the performance of the oil separator.

If these rust residues are sucked into the return tubing, there will be two situations: first, the return tubing will be blocked directly, and the return tubing will lose its function; second, the inner wall of the return tubing will be blocked, and the amount of return oil will be insufficient. These two phenomena will cause the machine to run away. Especially the second phenomenon, sometimes blowing with the mouth, can also ventilate, feel that it can be used properly, but the impurities are not completely cleaned out.
Because rust residue can stay in one place for a long time, it will have adhesion. It is suggested that when you remove the tubing in the future, you will first knock the pipe down. The purpose is to vibrate the rust residue inside, and then it is best to use compressed air to blow through the return pipe, it is best not to use the mouth to blow, because the pressure is not enough. The rust residue will also jam the return oil one-way valve. While cleaning the return oil pipe, the return oil one-way valve should also be removed for inspection. There is a small arrow on the return oil one-way valve, which is blown with compressed air along the direction of the small arrow to clean out the foreign bodies. The valve is then blown in the opposite direction and replaced if the gas passes, proving that the one-way valve is stuck or broken.
