The main reasons for the high exhaust temperature of the air compressor

● Check whether the exhaust pressure exceeds the requirements, if exceeding, adjuste to the specified exhaust pressure;

● Check whether the lubricating oil is clean and the oil level is normal. If necessary, fill or replace the lubricating oil.

● Check whether the speed of the fan motor is normal and whether the exhaust port is blocked; check the oil cooler, the rear cooler appearance is clean, and the outer surface of the clean cooler if necessary.

● Check whether the environment has any effect on the intake and exhaust of the unit. If so, the influence of external factors should be excluded to ensure the normal ventilation of the unit.

● Check whether the temperature control valve is damaged, check whether the solenoid valve and solenoid valve diaphragm are damaged, and repair or replace it if necessary.

● Check whether the oil and gas separators are blocked or has too much resistance. If so, replace the oil filter elements or the oil separator.
